The estimated arrival date of your car depends on multiple factors, including distance, other vehicles that need to be picked up by the same driver, weather conditions, and even local traffic. You can learn more about these factors on our car shipping timing page.
If your car is damaged in any way when it is delivered, contact us immediately. Damage to your vehicle must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We recommend you take multiple pictures of the damage and note the damage on the Bill of Lading before you sign it.
When your car arrives, we will automatically deduct payment from the payment method you provided when you placed your order. The driver should not ask you for payment. If the driver is demanding payment or proof of payment, please contact us so we can resolve this for you.
We can easily accommodate shipping a car that doesn’t run for numerous reasons. However, the price might be different than the initial quote because our quoted price assumes a standard car that is working. Inoperable vehicles require additional equipment and handling to load and unload them onto the transport.
We don’t have a specific maximum load per vehicle, but we do recommend that you do not fill up the car with more than a quarter of fuel and that it doesn’t contain over 100 pounds of personal items. This helps reduce the overall weight of your car and others on the same transport, giving our drivers fewer stops for fuel. Larger vehicles and unnecessary weight can hamper delivery times, so make sure that you follow the guidelines for weight restrictions.
