The following terms and conditions apply to the special offer provided by RunBuggy to its RunBuggyOne customers, effective from July 1, 2023, until July 31, 2023. Customers must adhere to the following guidelines to avail themselves of the offer:
Offer Eligibility: The offer is exclusively available to RunBuggyOne customers who place an order for car shipping services within the specified period.
Discount Percentage: Customers are entitled to receive a 5% discount on a Valid Competitor Car Shipping Quote (see next section) that is presented via email to RunBuggy.
Valid Competitor Car Shipping Quotes: Customers must provide a valid and comparable car shipping quote from one of the following websites: Montway.com, RoadRunnerAutoTransport.com, Shiply.com, or Nexusautotransport.com. The quote must contain verifiable information regarding the vehicle, transporter type, origin, destination, and desired shipping dates.
Order Placement: To avail themselves of the discount, customers must place an order with RunBuggyOne (www.runbuggyone.com) before July 31, 2023. The discount will be applied to the final price at the time of order confirmation.
Discount Limitations: The 5% discount is applicable only once per customer and cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or offers.
Verification and Approval: RunBuggy reserves the right to verify the validity of the competitor quote provided by the customer. RunBuggy’s decision regarding the eligibility of the quote and the discount shall be final.
Order Fulfillment: The discounted order will be subject to RunBuggy’s standard terms and conditions of service, including but not limited to insurance coverage, delivery timelines, and liability limitations.
Modification or Termination: RunBuggy reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice. Any modifications or terminations will not affect orders placed before the effective date of the change.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona.
By availing themselves of this offer, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. RunBuggy reserves the right to cancel the discount and refuse service to any customer found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
